There is also visible wear around the upper edge. The back has rubbing, scratches, edge wear, and several small creases, with more noticeable wear along the bottom edge and corners.
The dark cover still presents attractively and all lettering and artwork remain clear. Overall, a solid Good reading copy. |

Arik has been condemned by the gods to an eternity without emotion. His only opportunity to feel comes through entering the dreams of mortals. After thousands of years, he discovers Megeara Kafieri, an archaeologist whose vivid dreams provide sensations unlike anything he has experienced.
Megeara has traveled to Greece to vindicate her father’s lifelong search for Atlantis. When a mysterious man is pulled from the sea—a man she recognizes from her dreams—her quest becomes entangled with gods, demons, ancient secrets and Arik’s desperate desire to experience mortal life.
The Dream-Hunter is an especially useful Sherrilyn Kenyon title because it begins the Dream-Hunter branch of her popular supernatural universe. The story combines paranormal romance with Greek mythology, Atlantis, dream mythology and dark fantasy.
As Book #1, this is stronger store inventory than a random middle-series volume and gives EBS a natural starting point for building the Dream-Hunter books.
This exact ISBN is particularly interesting: Goodreads catalogs the February 6, 2007 St. Martin’s mass-market paperback as a First Edition, and the photographed front cover explicitly states “FIRST TIME IN PRINT.”
That indicates this was a paperback original, rather than a later paperback reprint.
The photographed copy carries the original price:
